1. When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 12PM are processed the next working day.

2. How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all UK orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.

4. Can I return my item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are unused and in original condition.

5. Are your handicraft products handmade?

Many of our décor items are artisan-made, which means slight variations may occur — this makes each piece unique.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UK only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
